Welcome to our healing space in Tiptree, where we offer comprehensive Reiki training and full support on your journey from Reiki First Degree to Reiki Mastership.
With over 20 years of experience, Reiki is an integral part of my life. I am passionate about sharing this authentic, Japanese-style Reiki practice, staying true to the system taught by Mikao Usui in the 1920s.
The three Reiki Degrees
Reiki 1 (Shoden)
First Degree costs £190. Pay a deposit of £90 now and a further £100 to your teacher on the day of your course.
Learn a simple energy healing technique to share with you friends, family and pets. During the training day you will focus on practical energy work.
You will start to work with your energy in different ways. You will learn to feel your own energy and you will practice feeling other people's energy, we will run through some Japanese energy exercises that you can use every day to balance your energy system and make you a stronger and clearer channel for Reiki. These energy exercises come form Japanese Reiki, in its original and later forms, and have been missing from Western Reiki for 50 years.
Maximum 4 students per course.
This course is equivalent to more than two days training with the home study.

Reiki 2 (Okuden)
Reiki Second Degree costs £230. Pay a deposit of £100 now and a further £130 to your teacher on the day of your course. Deepen your experience of the energy, furthering your self-healing and spiritual development.
During the live part of your training you will focus on practical energy work, This approach provides you with a complete training in Reiki at Second Degree. You can learn at your leisure, in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to learn the three Reiki symbols fully, giving a chance for all the information to sink in and helping you to realise any questions that you might have. You then arrive on the course well-prepared and already knowing a great deal about Reiki. We spend the live part of your course working with energy and putting what you have learned into practice.
Second Degree moves your Reiki onto a new level. Further your self healing and spiritual development. Our Second Degree course echoes the original system that Reiki's founder taught by still rooting your practice in personal energy work. Reiki is first and foremost about you, about your development and growth, and at Second Degree you will learn further tools that you can use to move your experience of Reiki on to the next level.
So on this course you will learn to enhance and deepen your self-healing by getting to grips with and fully assimilating two important energies - two important aspects of the energy - referred to as earth ki and heavenly ki in the original system. Meditating on earth ki and heavenly ki regularly will help to really move on you self-healing.

Reiki 3 (Shinpiden)
Your Reiki Master Teacher course is equivalent to a five day course because you spend at least three days (20 hours approx.) working through your multimedia pre-course study programme, and then you spend two days at our course venue to go through the practical energy work.
The pre-course materials consist of a 200-page course manual containing text, colour images, summary sheets and drawings to illustrate the details. PDF files, audio & video instruction provided via download links.
This approach provides you with a complete training in Reiki at Master Teacher level. You can learn at your leisure, in the comfort of your own home, you arrive on the course well-prepared and already knowing a great deal about Reiki at this level, and then we spend two days working with energy and putting what you have learned into practice.
The basic effect of the Reiki Master attunements is to fully open up your energy system to Reiki, causing a significant increase in the flow of healing energy. This increases the effectiveness of your treatments beyond that achieved at Second Degree level. On top of this, you are attuned to further symbols, and learn additional techniques, enabling you to treat others more effectively, pass on the Reiki ability to others, and fully experience the flow of Reiki through your being.

REIKI DRUM – 2027 DATES
Five Element Reiki
During the live part of your training you will focus on practical energy work, This approach provides you with a comprehensive approach to working with the TCM Five Elements. You can learn at your leisure, in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to learn five of the six new Reiki symbols fully, giving a chance for all the information to sink in and helping you to realise any questions that you might have. You then arrive on the course well-prepared and already knowing a great deal about Five Element Reiki. We spend the live part of your course working with energy and putting what you have learned into practice.
Your home study assignments MUST be completed two weeks before you attend the practical training course. Home study comprises of completion of 5 worksheets, which includes at least 15 different meditations. Please allow 12 weeks to complete this, I will expect one worksheet every two weeks once you begin.

Charging the crystals with element symbols (crystals supplied)
Working on yourself with the Five Elements Meditation - including the crystals
Lunch (Bring your own, or you can purchase form the nearby shops)
Review of the Morning - Any Questions
Treating Others - In pairs practical sessions
- Working with pendulum to check state of the elements
- Preparing the elements - (Spirit Column Symbol)
- Five Element Reiki Treatment (crystals optional)
- Complete client form to record your findings (includes organ & aspect focus)
Break (Selection of Teas & Coffee supplied)
Discuss delivery of feedback to the client. (including the difference between western concept of organs and eastern)

I attended (with three other students), a Reiki 1 training course at Silver Spiral Holistic Health yesterday. Zoe the owner and tutor, was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. The manual and links she supplied were most helpful. The day was well planned, and the atmosphere was warm and encouraging. I very much enjoyed the event. I look forward putting into practice the skills I learnt and doing more training with Zoe in the months to come.

Reiki Second Degree
I thought the course content was clear and naturally flowed, with time for questions and general discussion. I had no expectations as such, apart from ending the day with a working basic knowledge; on this basis, the course more than met my expectations, with grateful thanks to a very good teacher.
I am not somebody who learns by reading; however, I did find the manual interesting and clear, and the audio downloads are good. I learn by doing; therefore I got an enormous amount out of the live training, including feedback from my Reiki partner. The venue was nice, with the room being just the right size and décor, which added to the calm of the day. I was amazed by the refreshments provided by the teacher; above and beyond. I cannot think of anything that might have improved the course; it was great.
The teacher was open and welcoming, and willing to discuss any questions raised at any time. Whilst the course initially appears long, the time did not drag at any point in fact, I was really not aware of time at all, which was lovely. I got a lot out of the day, not just the training, and from the reactions of the other participants. I am not alone in this view, I would definitely recommend this course to others.
